GAME RULES: All divisions play 15-minute stop time halves. 3 time-outs per game will be allowed.
High School Rules will be used in all other situations.  Overtimes will consist of 3 minute stop time,
with an additional time-out given to each team.  The games will consist of as many overtimes as
necessary to determine the winner.
